My mother gave me some of Pakistan, where I took the cream .. But from now on that here in the U.S. I do not know where I can buy this bleach cream .. Can anyone help me online ... or shop in N. California? If so, thank you to everyone who answers!

It is difficult to find in the United States because it is sold to the public. It was in Europe because of mercury and mercury is prohibited in cosmetics in the U.S. illegally
Nevertheless, it seems that they should be sold in some countries, and that is offered for sale on eBay, but people who do buy from U.S. sources, so at your own risk - if the package is inspected, it probably taken will.
Have you tried Ebay? Or maybe the U.S. have something similar with the same ingredients at your local pharmacy.
