No, go! Previously, we have tried all the time, is to make yogurt:) The only thing is the gel with enzymes or a little upset when things like cheese, yogurt, cream, freeze safe, I'm not quite sure it will be the same once thawed . I think the cheese is very sticky.
But yes - there is safety, do not worry! Especially when there are only a few weeks - not long if you're talking about freezers.
